The B-end Product Operation Center is an integrated platform integrating mass fire alarm disposal, equipment monitoring, faulty device shielding, fire control room duty inspection, business processing, real-time monitoring, operation management as well as learning and information services.

 

To better meet the specific organizational needs of enterprise users for collaborative work in workplace scenarios, we have optimized and upgraded the design of the operation center, including establishing new specifications, building more efficient and timely product processing workflows and adopting highly efficient modular design.

Life Mall Revision Design

Revision Objectives: Optimize information hierarchy to be clearer, boost click-through rate, and better fit the visual shopping atmosphere of the mall.
 
 
We have designed abundant components to facilitate subsequent product iteration and upgrading.

Dashboard redesign

  • We have restructured the interface design to achieve a highly clear logic: first check the results whether there is a fire alarm, then inspect devices to confirm hardware status, and finally verify the on-site execution status of staff.

Telephone Alarm Handling

  • Initiate Alert Call.​ When an abnormal signal is detected, the operator selects the target record from the monitoring list and clicks the “Telephone Alarm” button to start the outbound call process.
  • Dialing.​ The system automatically dials the pre-configured responsible personnel (e.g., fire safety manager). The UI displays the real-time call status (“Calling…”).
  • Record Outcome.​ After the call, the operator logs the result in the form: selecting “Successful” (Yes) or “Failed” (No), and adding optional remarks.

The design language is simple, unified and lightweight visual perception
